Create a workout with AI

Work with your favourite AI agent to build out a single workout that seamlessly integrates

  1. Click on the Supernova icon (middle circle) to take you to the main workout page

  2. Click on the plus (+) button

  3. Choose “Ask AI”

  4. Copy prompt

  5. Open your chosen AI assistant and paste

    1. ❗Remember to update “My request” text in the prompt before hitting “enter”

  6. Copy their answer and return back to Supernova to “Paste & import”
