Create a manual workout

For those that know the exercise, sets, reps and weights for their workout

  1. Click on the Supernova icon (middle circle) to take you to the main workout page

  2. Click on the plus (+) button

  3. Choose “Create fresh workout”

  4. Enter workout name, then click “Add exercise”


Exercise options

  • Name

  • Sets

  • Reps

  • Rest (secs)

  • Weight (optional)

  • Duration (optional)

  • Notes (optional)

  • Link (optional)


Superset

If you are looking to superset multiple exercises, we recommend grouping them together after they’ve all been entered.

  1. Click “Group”

  2. Tap the exercise name to highlight the single exercise

  3. Tap the Group header to merge them together

Grouped exercises can be rearranged by clicking the ^ arrows.
